Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer to shape Azure DevOps-driven delivery within our Cloud Center of Excellence. You will design pipelines, deploy and monitor Azure services, and automate infrastructure using IaC across IaaS/PaaS.

You’ll support internal clients end-to-end, ensuring security posture and high availability. You will work with a multi-disciplinary DevOps team, delivering automation, maintaining documentation, and continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring and operating IaaS and PaaS solutions (VMs, WebApp, databases, Kubernetes).
• Solid networking knowledge: subnets, NSG, routing, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, load balancer, DNS.
• Hands-on Azure DevOps to run automated deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to maximize automation and scale.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills; able to tailor language to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software delivery pipelines on Microsoft Azure.
• Deploy, monitor, and operate cloud services for reliability and performance.
• Build resources using Infrastructure-as-Code principles (IaC).
• Develop automation leveraging Azure DevOps and cloud native tools (Log Analytics, Monitor, Security Center).
• Maintain documentation on the CCoE wiki and support onboarding of internal customers.
