You will coordinate audits, review records, and deliver actionable recommendations to strengthen controls, drive compliance, and improve efficiency with timely reporting to management. This role requires strong leadership, analytical mindset, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in internal auditing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, financial systems, and ERP software.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities with a track record of supervising audit teams.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Audit campaign proposals for price accuracy and signatures.
• Audit vouchers and promo details across platforms.
• Audit product and store data on Seller Center and Shopify.
• Perform bank reconciliations and audit weekly financials.
• Audit cash transactions, store visits, and petty cash.
• Prepare electronic sales reports for BIR and ensure tax compliance.
• Maintain audit documentation and reconciliation processes.
