Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with IBM IMS Database.
• Expert knowledge of IMS database structures: DBDs, PSBs, PCBs, DL/I.

• Experience in IMS database design, performance tuning, monitoring, backup, recovery, and reorganization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex database and production issues.
• Proven track record leading technical teams and collaborating with cross-functional groups.
