• Associate degree or higher.

• Deep familiarity with short video visual language.
• Extensive experience in pre-paywall cliffhanger editing.
• Excellent sense of internet culture, musical timing, and story-driven asset editing.
• Strong communication, creativity, aesthetics, and clear logical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIGC short drama editing, control episode pacing and narrative style, and ensure final production quality.
• Independently complete editing, special effects packaging, and audio/music matching for short drama episodes.
• Analyze script logic and recreate visual storytelling through creative video techniques, camera movement, visual texture, and animation style.
• Perform optimization analysis based on short drama performance to propose optimal editing solutions.
