Job summary

Hcreates is seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead AI-assisted short dramas and promotional projects from concept to storyboard review. You will select AI tools, set production standards, and guide junior artists while ensuring end-to-end quality and brand alignment.

You will collaborate with screenwriters, editors, and UA teams, oversee color grading, camera movement, and animation effects, and continuously refine storyboard methodologies for efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Digital Media, Film Directing, Animation, or Post-Production.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro and familiar with AI video tools.
• Able to resolve AI content quality issues like distortion or broken camera logic.
• Strong visual storytelling with mastery of composition and color.
• Experience taking projects from script to storyboard review.
• 3–5 years in storyboarding or short video production.
• Hands-on with short drama feed storyboards preferred.
• Up-to-date with AIGC tech and able to build storyboard methodologies.

About the role

Lead AI-assisted short drama and promotional video production with responsibility for creative direction, storyboard development, and visual quality control. You will coordinate AI tool selection, establish production standards, and guide junior artists while managing end-to-end workflows from script to final storyboard review.

Key responsibilities

• Select AI tools based on short drama styles and establish AI storyboard production standards

• Lead short drama and feed promotional video projects, independently creating storyboards and shot designs

• Control story pacing and dramatic hooks to output full storyboard plans accountable for final visual quality

• Guide junior artists in using AI tools to resolve visual flaws and logical continuity gaps in AI generation

• Streamline AI-assisted video production processes and optimize automated workflows for editing, FX, and subtitles

• Build standardized templates to boost overall output efficiency

• Research emerging AI video tools and create practical implementations for short dramas

• Build reusable prompt libraries for shots and innovate visual forms

• Collaborate with screenwriters, editors, and UA teams to break down requirements and control brand/style positioning

• Oversee composition, color grading, camera movement, and animation effects; review junior drafts and maintain audio-visual quality standards

About you

• Associate degree or higher; majors in Digital Media, Film Directing, Animation, or Post-Production preferred

• Proficient in PR, AE, FCP and deeply familiar with various AI video/image tools

• Able to evaluate AI content quality and resolve issues like character distortion or broken camera logic

• Mature visual storytelling skills; mastery of composition, color, and narrative logic

• Familiar with short drama and feed video logic, capable of taking projects independently from script to storyboard review

• 3-5 years in storyboarding or short video/drama visual production

• Hands-on experience with short drama feed storyboards preferred

• Up-to-date with AIGC tech; strong ability to analyze project cases and build storyboard methodologies
