Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an experienced Cloud & Architecture leader to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven architectures on Azure, Power Platform, and related tools. You will own end-to-end design, governance, and developer guidance while modernizing existing AI workloads and ensuring enterprise-grade standards.

You will engage with IT Directors and internal teams to scope MVPs, produce architectural artifacts, and guide delivery across pro-code and low-code

Qualifications

• 7+ years of solution or cloud architecture experience; strong preference for Azure.
• Experience designing cloud-native, enterprise-scale applications.
• Familiarity with Well-Architected Framework principles.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement & discovery — translate client use cases into a clearly scoped MVP.
• Solution architecture ownership — design end-to-end architectures for AI solutions on Azure, Power Platform, and third-party platforms.
• AI & agentic framework design — lead architecture of multi-agent systems and RAG patterns.
• Modernization of existing AI workloads — evolve LangChain/LangGraph and OpenAI-based pipelines.
• Backend & integration architecture — design scalable APIs and enterprise connectors.
• Observability & operational excellence — embed observability, logging, tracing, and monitoring frameworks.
• Developer enablement & governance — provide guidance, reviews, and reusable patterns.
• Technology radar & innovation — stay updated on AI tooling landscape.
