Job summary

Allegro Microsystems in the Philippines is seeking a data science professional to bridge semiconductor manufacturing with AI and automation. You will architect end-to-end data-driven solutions, build predictive models, and deploy AI pipelines across our production landscape.

You will lead digital transformation projects, manage data prep, dashboards, and the model lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams and project managers for deployment approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in data science/analytics, AI, CS, E/E/CE, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in automation, data analytics, and AI within a semiconductor manufacturing setup.
• Proven ability to develop automated workflows and deploy AI systems into production.
• Experience integrating complex databases and cloud platforms into unified architectures.
• Expertise in AI model lifecycle, including data prep and dashboarding.
• Proactive leader with collaborative skills for cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end data-driven solutions for production efficiency.
• Architect AI pipelines by integrating diverse tools, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Lead digital transformation projects from inception to production, including data prep and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct UAT for deployment approvals.
• Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and maintain solutions.
