Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines is seeking an entry-level Associate Industrial Engineer to support Lean manufacturing initiatives. This role works under direct supervision to collect data, analyze processes, and assist in improvement projects, laying a solid foundation in lean and continuous improvement.

You will gain hands-on experience in time studies, process mapping, and data collection, enabling you to contribute to impactful manufacturing enhancements and documentation maintenance.

Qualifications

Job Summary

• Supports the implementation of Lean tools, such as 5S, standard work, and visual management, under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Helps develop and maintain documentation for new and existing processes.

Qualifications
