Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a law program
• Foundational knowledge of Law and interest in business and commercial practice
• Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing documents, assessing issues, and supporting case strategy
• Effective Communication abilities, including clear interpersonal and professional communication
• Solid Writing skills for drafting memoranda, correspondence, and basic legal documents
• Research skills for using legal databases, statutes, case law, and secondary sources
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality
• Ability to work on-site in Makati City, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, and document management software)
