Job description

• Assist customers with drop-off and pick-up of laundry
• Operate washing, drying, and folding machines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
• Handle payments and provide receipts to customers
• Sort, tag, and track laundry orders accurately
• Report any machine issues or maintenance needs

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience in a laundry shop (a plus)
• Basic cash-handling and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
