Job summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Print Graphic Designer with a strong focus on print and large-format design production. The role involves creating production-ready artwork for billboards, LED displays, pull-up and pop-up banners, trade show materials, signage, event collateral, and other marketing assets.

The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, strong print production knowledge, and the ability to execute designs accurately within established brand guidelines,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience with large-format, print, environmental, exhibit, or signage work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print production and brand execution for large-format designs.
• Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to prepare files for print, production handoff, and vendor coordination.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; able to clarify requirements with teams.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality assets for trade shows, displays, and large-format graphics per briefs.
• Ensure artwork meets brand, production, and design requirements.
• Adapt designs into different sizes and templates while preserving consistency.
• Prepare production-ready files with correct scale, bleeds, and color setup.
• Organize files and hand off to production teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate with account teams and creative leads to confirm timelines and specs.
