Job summary

Projection X Event Management Services OPC is seeking a skilled Graphic Printer Operator for events and exhibits production. You will operate large-format printing machines, prepare graphics from approved layouts, and ensure color accuracy, dimensions, and print quality.

You’ll also handle maintenance, material handling, and assist with cutting and finishing when needed. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, with knowledge of print materials like tarpaulin, vinyl, and fabric, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Experience in large-format printing preferred.
• Familiarity with tarpaulin, vinyl, sticker, fabric and other print materials.
• Knowledge of RIP software and printing machines is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and during exhibit/event setups when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-format digital printing machines.
• Prepare and print graphics based on approved layouts.
• Check colors, dimensions, resolution, and print quality.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
• Ensure proper material handling and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with the Design and Production teams.
• Monitor printing schedules and meet project deadlines.
• Assist in cutting, mounting, and finishing printed materials when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the printing area.
