Job summary

• Licensed Civil Engineer with 3+ years in technical planning, construction and property management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with proven staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall in charge of technical planning for a residential housing project.
• Ensure timely completion and budget efficiency of construction projects.
• Oversee operations, including upkeep, safety & security of the project.
• Coordinate meetings with Engineers, Contractors, Security & Maintenance on safety standards.
• Facilitate permits for construction and upkeep.
• Manage site maintenance finances (opex/capex).

Job description

• Overall in charge of all technical panning for a 12 has residential housing project including land development, house construction
• Ensure timely completion and budget efficiency of construction projects
• Oversee the general operations of the project, including upkeep, safety & security of the project
• Facilitate coordination meetings with Engineers, Contractors, Security & Maintenance regarding property safety & security standards
• Facilitate all relevant permits for construction and general upkeep of the project
• Manage site maintenance finances, opex and capex requirements of the property
• With experience in Cost and Estimate
• Licensed Civil Engineer, Graduate of Civil Engineering
• With three (3) or more years’ experience in technical planning, construction and property management
• With strong communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
