Job summary

ACCIONA Energía seeks a Land Securement Assistant and Administrator to join the Bulalacao team in Oriental Mindoro. You will support land acquisition activities and provide admin support during the pre‑development phase of renewable-energy projects.

• Able to process and file documents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complies with standards and procedures for land acquisition related to site development.
• Assist in completing required documentation for land securement.
• Coordinate with LGUs and government agencies on permits, taxes, and registrations.
• Maintain relations with landowners, tenants and local officials.
• Update and manage the document management system and trackers.
• Assist in site inspections and information campaigns as needed.
