Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking a Lakebase Sales Specialist to drive customer adoption of their Postgres offering. This role partners with regional Account Executives to establish value propositions, engage stakeholders, and promote the benefits of a managerial data service.

The successful candidate will have enterprise sales experience and a strong understanding of modern data architectures to successfully navigate complex sales cycles and ensure customer satisfaction across various operational workloads.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling data platforms or operational databases.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native services and microservices.
• Executive presence with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new Lakebase revenue by identifying and qualifying opportunities.
• Lead sales cycles and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
