• Field Maintenance: Assist in maintaining orchard or farm conditions, including weeding, watering, and ensuring that trees or plants are in optimal health for fruit production.
• Packaging and Transport: Pack fruits into containers, label them appropriately, and help load them onto transport vehicles for delivery to markets or processing centers.
• Ability to perform manual labor for extended hours, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately sort, handle, and package fruits, ensuring that quality standards are met without causing damage.
