Qualifications

• High school graduate or college undergrad.
• Willing to start immediately.
• Able to work with or without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site preparation and cleanup.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools.
• Assist in installing solar panel mounting structures under supervision.
• Perform digging, backfilling, and other civil works as required.
• Support electricians and technicians during installation activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
