Responsibilities

1. Site Preparation: Preparing and clearing construction sites by removing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
2. Material Handling: Transporting and unloading building materials, tools, and machinery to the appropriate areas of the construction site.
3. Operating Equipment: Using machinery such as forklifts, cranes, and backhoes, when required, to assist in construction tasks.
4. Assisting Skilled Workers: Helping carpenters, masons, electricians, and other specialists with their tasks, which might include lifting, measuring, and holding materials.
5. Safety Compliance: Ensuring a safe working environment by following safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
