Job summary

Poet Technologies Pte Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to maintain test equipment and stations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth production. You will perform daily health checks, convert stations for different products, and calibrate equipment.

The role requires at least secondary education and 3 years in manufacturing or operations. Candidates should be able to work in a cleanroom, handle microscopic tasks with care, and be willing to overtime or night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing / operation environment.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom attire.
• Willingness to support overtime and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain test equipment and test stations, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment-related issues.
• Perform daily test station health checks using SPC and release qualified stations to production.
• Execute standard test station conversion for different products.
• Coordinate and perform equipment calibration activities.
• Manage lab environment and facilities.
• Conduct product testing, packing, and labelling in accordance with quality standards.
• Uphold 5S workplace practices to maintain a clean, organized production environment.
