IT By Design is seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to deliver advanced technical support, infrastructure administration, and security solutions across client environments.

This role resolves complex issues, supports escalations, manages cloud and network infrastructure, and mentors junior engineers. Onsite at BGC, Taguig, you will join a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems, Network, Infrastructure, or MSP environments.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and Cisco technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Kaseya, Barracuda, IT Glue, and remote support tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 2/3 technical escalations and critical incidents.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange environments.
• Support Cisco and Meraki networking technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions (Datto, Acronis, Chartec).
• Troubleshoot server, cloud, security, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Support IT projects, migrations, and implementations.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and client records.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
