Job summary

ECI is seeking a skilled L2 Systems Escalation Engineer to provide advanced support for Windows Server, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Cloud PC, and AVD. The role focuses on maintaining high availability, security, and compliance across cloud and hybrid environments.

You will manage, troubleshoot, and optimize Microsoft infrastructure, implement security policies, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to migration and modernization projects.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on Exchange Online administration and mail flow troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure AD, hybrid identity, and Microsoft 365 services.
• Hands-on Windows 365 Cloud PC administration and AVD deployment.
• Experience with Proofpoint and Mimecast email security platforms.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Problem/Change/RCA).
• Excellent English communication, coordination with onsite and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server components (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, Hyper-V).
• Manage Azure AD for identity and access management across services.
• Provide L2 support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot mail flow, security policies, and email deliverability issues.
• Administer Cloud PCs and AVD environments, including policy and lifecycle management.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity planning.
