Job summary

eClerx is hiring Finance Specialists to join our KYC and Compliance team for a local account in the Philippines. Roles include analysts and senior analysts based on experience. Onsite training in Alabang, followed by a hybrid setup.

You will conduct due diligence, verify client information, review KYC/AML documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance. This position offers competitive salary and growth within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in KYC/AML, Compliance, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Banking experience (non-teller) required.
• Experience handling legal entities (corporations, partnerships, trusts).
• Strong research and data verification skills.
• Amenable to shifting schedule.
• Amenable to onsite training in Alabang, then hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and verify client information from public and internal sources.
• Review and analyze KYC/AML documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Screen entities for sanctions, adverse news, and politically exposed persons (PEPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
