Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to lead proactive reliability improvements, root cause analysis, and bridging gaps between customers and engineering. You will identify and resolve complex issues across multiple components of critical business systems, while developing tooling and playbooks to support frontline teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and automation.
• Experience with AI / ML

Responsibilities

• Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Handle complex customer issues with deep root cause analysis spanning configuration, product bugs, and underlying infrastructure.
• Analyse patterns of customer issues, support cases, and outage impacts to identify systemic weaknesses.
• Design and implement solutions, automation, or monitoring to prevent future occurrences (coding, configuration changes, or architectural improvements).
• Act as a liaison between customer-facing support teams and core Support/Development teams; translate customer pain into technical requirements and SLOs.
• Develop tools, playbooks, and dashboards to help front-line support diagnose and resolve issues faster; feed back into product lifecycle to improve reliability.
