Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Global Markets products and reporting requirements.
• Experience in Regulatory Reporting, Transaction Reporting or related operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Front Office.
• Korean language capability and familiarity with Korean regulatory requirements would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Korea KRX Transaction Reporting activities, including daily monitoring and break resolution.
• Apply product knowledge to understand transaction flows and reporting obligations.
• Perform control checks for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of reports.
• Investigate reporting exceptions by analyzing trade data and system feeds.
• Coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Identify data quality issues and support remediation activities.
• Participate in regulatory reporting change initiatives and testing (UAT).
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardisation in reporting controls.
