• Supports accurate resolution of client data cases by fixing data integrity and missing data.
• Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using tools and financial markets knowledge.
• Uses approved sources to identify data and contributes to data collection per policy.
• Communicates with internal and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data.
• Adheres to quality metrics and prioritises activities to support business and customer requirements.
• Supports projects and meets or exceeds KPIs defined.
