Job Description



  • Influencer Relations & Campaign Management: Develop and manage influencer partnerships to create authentic and impactful campaigns that align with brand goals and target audiences.


  • Live Selling Strategy: Leverage live selling platforms to drive real-time engagement, increase sales, and strengthen brand awareness through live-streaming events.


  • TikTok Campaigns: Design and execute TikTok marketing campaigns, including paid ads and organic content, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


  • Ads Management: Manage ad campaigns across various platforms (with a strong focus on TikTok) to optimize for KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI.


  • Market Knowledge & GTM Execution: Utilize your in-depth understanding of the local (Philippine) influencer space to create and implement Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that resonate with the target audience.


  • Trend Monitoring & Content Creation: Stay updated on emerging trends in influencer marketing, live selling, and social media platforms, ensuring that campaigns are relevant and innovative.


  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


The Successful Applicant



  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in KOL marketing, influencer relations, or social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok and live selling.


  • In-depth Knowledge of Influencer Landscape: Strong understanding of the Philippine influencer market, key opinion leaders, and the local social media landscape.


  • Strong Campaign Management Skills: Proven track record in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.


  • Ads Management Expertise: Experience in managing paid ad campaigns across social media platforms, especially TikTok.


  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage influencer relationships and present campaign results.


  • Creativity: Ability to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with local audiences and drive engagement.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
