Responsibilities

• Kitchen Operations: Set up workstations, manage inventory (using FIFO procedures), and assist with stock control.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain clean workstations and strictly follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff, especially during peak hours.
