Job summary

Companions Hospitality Group is hiring an on-site Kitchen Helper for UnitA3, The Viewdeck, Arcovia City, Pasig. No prior experience is required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Primary duties include washing dishes, helping with ingredient prep, and supporting the culinary team to deliver excellent service. The role requires staying on your feet for long periods, adhering to kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines, and assisting with packing takeout orders while maintaining clean work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous kitchen or food service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mop and sweep the kitchen.
• Take out the garbage and replace bags.
• Wash, dry, and put away all dishes and utensils.
• Assist cooks by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients.
• Pack takeout orders for customers.
• Clear and clean tables for Waitstaff when needed.
• Refill condiments or other supplies at tables.
