Job summary

AMBER GOLDEN CHAIN OF RESTAURANTS CORPORATION is hiring an entry-level kitchen helper in Manila. You will assist cooks and kitchen staff, wash and prep foods, and help maintain a clean, sanitized work area. Training is provided, and a shift-based schedule is expected.

The position supports food safety standards and company policies, with opportunities for promotion to permanent employment upon training completion. Work is in-person at our Manila location.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With or without experience (training provided).
• Physically fit and hardworking.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks.
• Wash, peel, and cut various foods, such as poultry and vegetables, to prepare for cooking.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, tools, and utensils.
• Carry food supplied, equipment, and utensils to and from storage and work areas.
• Follows all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Adheres to company policies and regulations.
