Job summary

You will work as part of a dynamic team in a resort setting, maintaining sanitation, assisting line cooks, and helping with waste management and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with reliability and a willingness to learn basic culinary tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, warm kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume dishwashing machines during peak service hours.
• Assist with basic food preparation like washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
• Maintain clean, organized dish pit and dry work area to prevent hazards.
• Receive, store, and stock incoming supplies using FIFO guidelines.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals per safety guidelines.
