Job summary

You will wash and sanitize the kitchen, store equipment after shifts, and assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations to support smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the position.
• With no large, visible tattoos.
• With good communication and memorization skills.

• Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring cooking utensils, plates, glass wares and kitchen areas are cleaned to comply with state regulations.
• Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
• Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
