Job summary

The Moment Group of Restaurants is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee financials and operations. You will price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, forecast demand, and train staff.

The role requires strong cost control, P&L reporting, inventory management, and scheduling. Excellent interpersonal communication is essential to lead teams and ensure high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or equivalent; undergraduates with relevant experience may apply.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
• Experience in P&L reporting, COGS/FCPC, menu costing, and recipe costing.
• Ability to manage operating costs in line with budgets.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in order management, forecasting, inventory management, people management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.
• Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Train kitchen staff on prep work and food plating techniques.
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices.
• Keep weekly and monthly cost reports.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area.
