JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the Kitchen Manager ensures proper execution of assigned tasks, including reviewing F&B cost reports, recipe management, costing, process flow, inventory counting, and physical inspections. Tasks are initiated in both Business and LS Central systems. The Kitchen Manager reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and the Executive Chef, ensuring UOMS accuracy in units and quantities used.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Additional responsibilities include adherence to company policies, attendance procedures, communication in meetings, guest relations, lost and found procedures, emergency response knowledge, equipment care, grooming standards, participation in training and activities, environmental policy compliance, and day-to-day practice of guiding principles. Perform other functions delegated by management.
