Job summary

Frontline Sources and Allied Services, Inc. is seeking a Food Preparation Support to assist in basic kitchen duties, including washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and dicing fruits and vegetables, and measuring ingredients from storage areas.

You will also help with cleaning and sanitization tasks in a fast-paced kitchen, such as washing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, storing supplies, and disposing of waste, contributing to a safe and orderly food preparation area.

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh, measure, and retrieve ingredients from refrigerators, freezers, or stockrooms.
• Assist with plating dishes, arranging garnishes, or assembling simple items like salads.
• Wash, dry, and store all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cutlery.
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen floors, counters, and cooking equipment.
• Empty trash bins, break down cardboard boxes, and manage waste disposal.
