• Wash pots, pans, plates, and utensils by hand or using dishwashers; wipe down work tables, appliances, and walls.
• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and trim fruits and vegetables; portion ingredients and assist with simple assembly.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash cans, and sanitize garbage bins.
• Unpack and store food deliveries in refrigerators and cupboards; restock stations with clean supplies.
