Job summary

Hospitality Enterprise Resources Corporation is seeking a Kitchen Technician for Clark, Pampanga. The role covers inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, testing, and commissioning of kitchen and laundry equipment to keep operations safe and efficient.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance, knowledge of electrical diagrams and motor control circuits, and a technical degree or TESDA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related technical course; TESDA certification is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance, repair, or preventive maintenance.
• Able to read and understand electrical diagrams, motor control circuits, and equipment manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect kitchen and laundry equipment regularly per preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions as needed.
• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Prepare material and parts estimates for maintenance and repair requirements.
• Maintain and document maintenance records, reports, and energy efficiency initiatives.
