Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for the Yellow Cab Las Pinas Alabang Zapote duty shift. You will assist in basic food preparation, organize tools and ingredients, and help maintain a clean, orderly kitchen.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, waste segregation, supporting cooks, and following food safety standards and company policies during Oct 31–Nov 1, 2026.

Qualifications

• Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
• Prepare and organize kitchen tools, utensils, and ingredients for daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils promptly and properly.
• Dispose of waste and maintain proper waste segregation practices.
• Support cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Manager.
