Job summary

Brightserve Solutions Inc. is seeking a kitchen helper to assist with basic food preparation, washing, peeling, and portioning ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will help organize tools and ingredients, maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all workstations, and support cooks and staff as needed while adhering to food safety standards and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Assist in basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils promptly and properly.
• Follow food safety standards and health regulations at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or Manager.

Responsibilities
