- Responsible for creating business propositions for identified business opportunities to support the Food Service and Distributor Sales Teams in achieving their business goals.
- Responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company Standards, generating third party accounts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that each customer receives outstanding products and services
- Executes business propositions, promotions and rapport building activities with intended clients.
- Conduct research and report on current market and industry practices and activities.
- Act as liaison between local customers, company's technical development, marketing and sales teams
- Assists in negotiating contracts and agreements
- Assists in maintaining the digital platform for Business Solutions
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure conversion of sales leads
- Execute and monitor approved promotions and generated sales for business solutions
- Attends to and monitors digital platforms for business solutions
- For successfully negotiated clients, ensures timely and accurate fulfilment of initial orders and provides pertinent information to relevant internal clients.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The position requires physical effort and travel to visit clients
- The position may be required to work at non-traditional hours in cases where his/her expertise is required.
- The position may be stressful to meet deadlines and assist the Sales team in meeting their targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
- Computer literate, Good Negotiating, Selling, Interpersonal and Communication Skills in both English and Filipino
- The candidate must at least have a year of working experience in the related field.
- Enjoys sales work; lively; Enthusiastic and likes to interact with people Self-motivated, result-oriented, fast-learner, a team player, and a dedicated person.
- Willing to work in Metro Manila and or nearby municipalities of Marikina area.
