Job summary

Blackfortconsulting seeks a software developer with 3-5 years of software development or integration experience and at least 2 years of Kafka development. The role requires proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and cloud-native practices.

You will build Kafka producers/consumers, develop event-driven microservices, and implement Kafka Connect integrations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development or integration experience.
• 2+ years of Kafka development experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Python, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and cloud-native development practices.

Responsibilities

• Build Kafka producers and consumers using approved development frameworks.
