• Reading specifications and using specialized IT programs to design and calculate the tools.
• Constructing and repairing tools, gauges, intricate fixtures with synchronizing parts, gauges, etc.
• Assisting in initial ramp-up procedures for new tools, in testing and analyzing dysfunctionalities.
• Providing setup and maintenance procedures for an assigned part of production, with a limited number and kind of machines.
• Supporting higher-level technical maintenance and repairs technicians in their work.
• Follows work instructions, maintenance and repair procedures as given to provide reliable service.
• Documents work and results in the systems.
