ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing company, is seeking a JUNIOR TEAM LEADER to join our growing team on site at Buendia, Makati. You will help drive daily operations, monitor productivity and quality, and coach team members while supporting escalations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• At least 1 year experience as Team Lead/ SME/ Senior Agent.
• Experience providing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Buendia, Makati.
• Willing to work on night shifts.

Responsibilities
