Job summary

Paynamics Technologies Inc. in Makati City is seeking a Junior System and Network Administrator to join our hybrid IT team. You will help monitor and maintain our internal systems and network infrastructure, and provide first-level technical support.

The role covers user access management, patching, health checks, and documenting procedures while upholding IT security and compliance under supervision. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in CS/IT and experience in IT or network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network administration preferred.
• Basic understanding of system and network management tools and processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace) and ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, Motadata).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with tools like Azure AD, Manage Engine, or FortiManager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal systems and network infrastructure.
• Provide first-level technical support and elevate complex issues when needed.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Support patch management, system updates, and regular health checks.
• Document technical procedures and maintain organized records.
• Implement IT security and compliance policies under supervision.
• Collaborate with the IT Operations team to improve automation and efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT operations.
