Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT assets, systems, and infrastructure.

• Monitor networks, servers, and systems to ensure availability, performance, and reliability.

• Assist in monitoring and responding to cybersecurity threats and security incidents.

• Implement and maintain basic IT security controls and procedures.

• Perform troubleshooting and provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

• Provide helpdesk support to employees and assist in resolving IT-related concerns.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, software, and other IT equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, software, and system configurations.

• Assist with system updates, backups, maintenance, and other IT operational activities.

• Escalate complex technical or security issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.

About You

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.

• Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of relevant IT experience.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and relevant training may also be considered.

• Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, hardware, software, and IT security.

• Familiarity with troubleshooting computers, networks, and other IT equipment.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple technical concerns.

• Willing to learn new technologies and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
