Job summary

CRM Online Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a QA professional to lead testing activities across software projects, creating detailed test plans, executing automated scripts, and collaborating with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure software quality and reliability.

You will document test results, track defects, perform regression testing, and help train users. Strong analytical skills and clear communication in client meetings are required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Define test methods and create test plans for new or updated software projects to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements as well as established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs reported by clients.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved on the client side.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
• Consult with product development to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system.
• Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation.
• Participate in client’s management meetings.
• Communicate with the client, discuss and document reported issues.
• Experience in documenting system and creating user’s manual for client.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using testing tools.
• Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans.
• Validation of process, instruments, methods, etc.
• Quality assurance for the projects and the set up.
• Minimization of rejection & rework.
• Customer Satisfaction through establishing quality standards & implementing quality control requirements of the customers and handle complaint in a professional manner.
• Monitor and evaluate test case execution as well as test tasks status in each given project
