MOVE Your Business is seeking a Junior Software Developer to support Geraci LLP, a U.S.-based law firm. No prior coding experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on the skills, tools, and systems you need.

This full-time role offers a structured training track, opportunities to work on real projects, and a salary of 900–1000 USD per month plus a 55 USD monthly allowance. Working hours are Pacific Time, and we value curiosity, problem solving, and teamwork.

Requirements

• No previous software development or coding experience is required.

• Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
• Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country’s equivalent), is required prior to onboarding.

Preferred Background

Although not required, preference may be given to candidates who:

• Have built, upgraded, repaired, or configured their own computer.
• Hold a degree or have completed coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field—even without professional coding experience.
• Can demonstrate logical thinking through personal projects, technical hobbies, academic work, troubleshooting experience, or similar activities.
• Regularly explore new technologies or independently learn how systems and applications work.

Working Hours

Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday,, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time

900 to $1000 + $55 Allowance per month
