Job summary

Seller's Hub Inc. in Alfonso, Cavite is seeking a Jr. Site Engineer to monitor contractor activities, ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and project timelines for company villas and offices.

You will work on-site with mentorship from senior engineers, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, and help with documentation, reporting, safety and overall site progress. This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2–3 years of related construction or site engineering experience.
• Willing to work on-site in Alfonso, Cavite and learn through mentorship.
• Strong communication and coordination with contractors and teams.
• Detail-oriented with accountability for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily on-site construction activities and ensure plan adherence.
• Inspect workmanship and verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors for corrections and punch lists.
• Provide site updates, progress reports, and scheduling support.
• Maintain safety protocols and proper site documentation.
