Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and support senior engineers in overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining project timelines. Responsibilities include site supervision, technical reporting, quantity surveying, quality control, and assisting in securing necessary local permits. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Civil Engineer (PRC License) is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction (Residential, Commercial, or Industrial).
• Basic knowledge of project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera).
• Familiarity with the National Building Code of the Philippines.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites within Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities on-site.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Assist in performing 'take-offs' and verifying billings from subcontractors.
• Conduct field inspections and coordinate testing.
• Assist in securing local permits from the Engineering Office.
• Update as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
