Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage, but fresh graduates and underboard applicants are welcome to apply.

• With 0-2 years of experience in construction, site engineering, or related field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office/Google Workspace applications.

• Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and site safety standards.

• Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced construction environment and meet project deadlines.

• Must be willing to travel and conduct site inspections in Calamba, Laguna, and Sto. Tomas, Batangas, as needed.

• Flexible and willing to be assigned to project locations as required.

• Preferably residing in Batangas or Laguna, particularly near Sto. Tomas or Calamba, or willing to relocate closer to the assigned project site if needed.
