Job summary

RippedBoxStation in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Scrum Master / Project Manager to help facilitate Agile ceremonies, track sprint progress, and maintain backlogs and project plans.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders, prepare status updates and minutes, and support PMO reporting in a fast-paced environment. A 1–2 year background in Agile coordination and a relevant degree are required. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/PM or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Agile project coordination, Scrum, PMO support.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies and track sprint progress.
• Maintain project plans, sprint boards, backlogs, and project documentation.
• Support PMO reporting with status updates, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Monitor task assignments and follow up on action items.
• Ensure Agile processes and team workflows are followed.
• Assist in managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.
